Abdullah is a Senior Governance Consultant at stc (Saudi Telecom Company), the largest telecom operator in the MENA region. He worked as a corporate lawyer at Petro Rabigh, Emaar (King Abdullah Economic City) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). He was raised in Montreal, Canada. In addition to Arabic and English, he is fluent in French. He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in law in England and holds a Master's degree from IE University in Madrid. He has participated in many speaking engagements on various Governance, Legal and Compliance topics in Saudi Arabia, Barcelona, Dubai, Frankfurt, London and New York. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the MENA Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) - the global bar association for in-house lawyers. He also serves as a member of GCC BDI’s Board Secretary Advisory Board.
