With over 25 years of leadership and advisory experience across the public and private sectors, she specializes in corporate governance, ESG & sustainability, enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit and sustainable finance.

A former senior banking executive, Board Director and Audit Committee Chair, Arbnora brings extensive boardroom and executive-level experience to her work. She advises boards, financial institutions and organizations on strengthening governance frameworks, integrating risk and sustainability into strategic decision-making, and building resilient, future-ready institutions.

Through NORADI, she leads advisory, consulting and capacity-building engagements focused on governance transformation, risk and compliance, ESG & sustainability, internal audit and organizational performance across international markets.
