Bobby Varghese is an accomplished finance leader with over 26 years of experience guiding financial strategy, transformation, and governance across multinational corporations and joint ventures in the maritime, logistics, industrial, real estate, and software sectors throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. As SVP–Group Finance at AD Ports Group, Bobby leads Corporate Financial Accounting, FP&A, and Performance functions, reporting directly to the Group CFO in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Bobby is recognised for building and inspiring high-performing teams, scaling finance organisations, and unlocking enterprise value across diverse geographies. A recipient of multiple awards for financial excellence and leadership, Bobby was named one of India’s “Top 100 CFOs” by CFO 100 magazine in December 2010 and the AD Ports “Mafnood” award winner in the “Executive Director” category in 2024.
