Caroline Kongwa
Caroline is an admitted Attorney qualified to appear before the High Court in terms of Act 62 of 1995. She holds an LLM, an LLB, a Postgraduate Diploma in International African and Regional Law, and an Advanced Certificate in Labour Relations. Her academic background spans key areas including banking law, competition law, taxation, human rights, and international criminal law. With extensive experience across major legal fields, Caroline specializes in contract drafting, legislative drafting, legal opinions, and litigation management. She has also completed the Conveyancing and Notarial Practice Course offered by the Law Society of South Africa.
