Eng.Abdulla Mohammed Al Remeithi
Abdulla Alremeithi serves as the Director of Environment Policy, Regulation, and Climate Change at the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD). With over 17 years of experience in the environmental sector, he is tasked with leading the planning and development of environmental policies and regulations within Abu Dhabi, as well as supporting the government in areas related to climate change, environmental policies, and green development, both nationally and internationally.
Additionally, he acts as a senior advisor to the UAE COP 28 team and represents the country at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Bonn, Germany. Abdulla is actively involved in several national initiatives within the UAE and serves on the governance committee, where he has led the Governance Criteria Committee.
