The Enterprise Risk Management Director at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, with total 23 years of practical experience, including 17 years of technical experiences in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Governance and Compliance, Data Privacy, Planning and Project Management in Telecom and Health industries in the Kingdom. This expertise was shaped by working in the private sector for nearly twenty years within the largest service providers of Telecommunications and information technology services in the Kingdom, represented by Saudi Telecom Company and Mobily, in addition to two years in the public sector at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, which has a sovereign role in this sector. And nearly two years in the health sector within the Health Insurance Council. He contributed in establishing the Risk Management and Business Continuity functions in the consumer sector at the Saudi Telecom Company since 2008 and recently at the Ministry of Communications in 2023, activating its dynamic roles and embed it into strategic planning and decision-making and integration with second and third line control functions to achieve the ultimate objectives of these organizations.
مدير إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية بوزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، بإجمالي خبرة عملية 23 عامًا، منها 17 عامًا من الخبرات الفنية في إدارة المخاطر واستمرارية الأعمال والحوكمة والامتثال وخصوصية البيانات والتخطيط وإدارة المشاريع في قطاعي الاتصالات والصحة في المملكة. وقد تشكلت هذه الخبرة من خلال العمل في القطاع الخاص لمدة عشرين عامًا تقريبًا لدى أكبر مقدمي خدمات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في المملكة، ممثلة في شركتي الاتصالات السعودية stc وموبايلي، بالإضافة إلى عامين في القطاع العام بوزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات صاحبة الدور سيادي في هذا القطاع. ونحو عامين في قطاع الصحة لدى مجلس الضمان الصحي. ساهم في تأسيس وحدات إدارة المخاطر واستمرارية الأعمال في قطاع المستهلك بشركة الاتصالات السعودية منذ عام 2008 انتهاء بوزارة الاتصالات عام 2023، وتفعيل أدوارها الديناميكية ودمجها في التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار والتكامل مع الوحدات الرقابية الاخرى في الخط الثاني والثالث لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة لهذه المنظمات.
