Hessa Albahli is the Director of Ethics & Compliance at Mubadala Investment Company, with over 18 years of experience across investment, governance, and regulatory environments. Based in Abu Dhabi, she leads Mubadala’s Ethics & Compliance programme across corporate units locally and internationally, and serves as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and boards. Hessa has led global risk assessments, regulatory and ISO audits, and enterprise‑wide ethics initiatives, including maintaining key international compliance certifications. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Yale University, is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and serves as the UAE Delegate to ISO’s Technical Committee on Compliance and Governance. Fluent in Arabic and English, she brings a strong global perspective grounded in regional expertise.
