Leena Al Nowairan joined ROSHN as Director of Corporate Governance, assigned to develop and ensure proper adaptation of corporate governance mandated and best practices. Leena has 17+ years of experience in control functions in Risk Compliance Corporate Governance and board secretarial operations. Before joining ROSHN, Leena Alnowairan served as Head of Corporate Governance within the Arab National Bank – Banking Sector listed company. Before that, she worked in many other Saudi banks such as SAMBA, and Banque Saudi Fransi as well as experience with HSBC MENA. Leena is a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO). such certificate covers the ears of compliance, AML/CTF as well as Corporate Governance, with a bachelor’s degree in English language and Translation from King Saud University, Riyadh.
