Meshaal has several diverse experiences in the Legal, GRC, and Secretariats of Boards and Committees fields. He also participated in establishing several GRC Departments, Boards, and Committees. In his previous roles, Meshaal was appointed Secretary of several Executive, Audit, and Risk Committees. He leverages his legal and governance expertise as an Independent GRC and Business Consultant advising on various business practices.
