Mr. Mohammed AlAbdulkarim is an Executive Leader and expert in Governance, Risk Management, Enterprise and City Resilience, Technology and Digital Transformation. He is currently work as a GRC VP for Enterprise Resilience in RCU and is also entrusted with leading the Governance Department.

He has previously held key leadership roles in the financial, governmental, and telecommunications sectors, where he led initiatives in GRC, business continuity and resilience, IT Strategy and governance, audit, revenue assurance and fraud management.

Mr. Al Abdulkarim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, has completed the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD and the Innovation and Organizational Change Program at HEC, and possesses numerous professional certifications in IT, governance, risk and compliance, cybersecurity, project management, and financial technology.
