A Chief Risk Officer at a leading global utility, bringing more than 20 years of international experience across South Africa, Germany, the UK and the UAE. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, he spent two decades with BP, leading global risk management frameworks and supporting major M&A, crisis response and transformation programmes. Stephen is passionate about aligning strategy, risk and assurance to enable better decision-making from frontline operations to board level. He oversees enterprise risk, cybersecurity, business continuity and HSE, and is committed to building collaborative, high-performing teams that deliver sustainable, responsible growth.
