With over nine years of experience in risk management, I am currently the Enterprise Risk Management Director at Mobily, one of the largest telecommunication companies in Saudi Arabia. I hold an MBA degree and a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources from King Saud University.
My core competencies include developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management framework and strategy to identify, assess, and manage risks across the organization. I collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to establish and communicate risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I also monitor and report on emerging risks and trends that may impact the organization's operations and performance, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans. My mission is to enhance the risk culture and awareness within the organization and to assist the top management in informed decision making.
