Prior to setting up Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC in Dubai, UAE in October 2015, Tim was a Chief Inspector and the former Head of Corporate Business Continuity Management for the Metropolitan Police Service, New Scotland Yard, London.

After a long operational career with the Metropolitan Police Service, Tim’s final 10 years were in the fields of Business Continuity Management, Command and Control, Crisis Management, Crisis Communications, Emergency Preparedness, Programme Management and Business Change. Tim was the Bronze Emergency Preparedness Commander for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Over the past 10years Tim has been working with various organizations across all industries in the Middle East and internationally. As a SME he is supporting clients with the establishment, implementation and improvement of their Business Continuity Management Systems and Crisis Management capabilities. He has designed and delivered many workshops and training courses as well as exercises to validate plans.
