Sohail Khimani
Sohail Khimani is a distinguished resilience and business continuity leader with two decades of experience strengthening the operational backbone of major financial institutions across the Middle East. As Vice Chair of the BCI UAE Chapter and an Organisational Resilience–certified leader from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, he is recognised for shaping modern resilience practices that bridge strategy, technology, and human readiness.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Sohail contributes actively to the region’s resilience ecosystem as an educator, adviser, and industry advocate. He has trained professionals across government and critical infrastructure sectors, authored national-level frameworks, and supported the development of next-generation resilience talent.
