H.E. Raja Al Mazrouei
Raja Al Mazrouei is the Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI), where she leads the organisation's strategic transformation, driving innovation, digitalisation, and sustainable trade to strengthen the UAE's position as a global trading hub. A recognised leader in finance, technology, governance, and AI, she was appointed to the Advisory Board of Board Intelligence in 2026, contributing to the advancement of responsible AI adoption and corporate governance globally.
Prior to joining ECI, Raja served as Executive Vice President of DIFC FinTech Hive, where she played a key role in establishing one of the region's leading fintech ecosystems. She has also held senior leadership positions at National Bonds Corporation, Dubai Holding, and the Higher Colleges of Technology.
Raja serves on the boards of several prominent institutions and has received numerous international accolades, including recognition by Forbes Middle East among the region's most powerful businesswomen. She continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of trade finance, technology, and sustainable economic growth.
