In the UAE, Kritika has played a pivotal role in establishing the audit function at Barakat, contributing to strategic risk alignment at Al Tayer, and now driving impactful audits at Majid Al Futtaim. An MBA graduate in Finance and International Business, Kritika has been recognized as an “Extra Miler” and “Top Talent” for her ability to bridge the gap between management and the third line of defense. Based in Dubai, Kritika balances her professional pursuits with her love for travel and food.
