Mouhammad Houssari
With an esteemed career initiating as a University Instructor in Public Health, Mouhammad has been dedicated to broadening his scope and leveraging his skills in diverse domains, predominantly in quality management, consultancy, and executive leadership. After procuring an MBA and acquiring pivotal certifications like Quality Management from PQASSO, Consultancy for Change from Intrac, and Harvard certification in Strategy Execution, he transitioned to a role as a Quality Manager and Consultant. Mouhammad had the opportunity to render his expertise in diverse nations including Lebanon, Syria, Malaysia, Africa, and Kyrgyzstan, working with various organizations to enhance their operational quality and efficiency.
Mouhammad’s journey then led him to assume the role of a Hospital Manager where he played an instrumental role in transforming the institution to become a renowned reference in rehabilitation and healthcare services in Lebanon, ensuring exemplary service delivery and operational excellence.
In his most recent role as a Country Manager and COO for an international NGO in Lebanon, his focus has been on bolstering the education system. Mouhammad supported public schools and worked towards empowering students, teachers, and communities to achieve improved educational outcomes, fostering an environment conducive to learning and development.
Now, joining Governance Dynamics as a Senior Executive Director, Mouhammad is poised to augment the reach and impact of the organization in the GCC region. He is passionate about promoting leadership, fostering a suitable culture, and instilling values of governance, compliance, and risk management. His diverse experiences have imbued him with a multifaceted perspective, which he believes will be invaluable in driving initiatives aimed at organizational growth and development.
