Sayeeka Farnaz
Sayeeka Farnaz is the founder of Qlogue, an assurance and advisory firm focused on judgement, reasoning provenance and regulatory assurance. She has 15 years of experience across banking, model risk and internal audit, spanning JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Barclays, Deloitte and Nomura, with expertise across model governance, credit risk, Basel regulation and AI governance.
She is also building adubio, Qlogue’s assurance technology for tracing evidence, challenging reasoning and making professional judgement more transparent and defensible. Her current work explores continuous judgement, independent challenge and how AI can strengthen assurance without replacing the human judgement at its core.
