Dr. Kedibone Thantsha
Dr Kedibone Thantsha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management, Master of Business Leadership (MBL) and a PhD in Management Studies with her doctoral research focusing on corporate governance, gender diversity, women directors and the role of women in organisational leadership. Her scholarship moves beyond viewing representation as a numerical measure to critically examining the influence of women directors on board deliberations and decision-making processes in the mining industry. Kedibone is a Certified Risk Management Practitioner currently serving as a Risk Specialist at the University of South Africa. Her primary responsibilities encompass the facilitation of operational and project risk assessments across various functional areas.
